Precautions for use of cold press: The following points shall be met during normal operation:

1、The hydraulic oil is required to be suitable for the oil quality of the cold press, and 46 # anti-hydraulic oil is generally used.

2、The oil quality of the cold press needs to be renewed once a year to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

3、Other parts shall be maintained regularly.

4、Pay attention to the lighting during the work, so that the operator and staff can clearly see the meter number of the electric control box, and try not to leave a dead corner. The cold pressing locomotive room shall be clean and bright.

5、Check whether the equipment is in good operation every day.

6、Check whether there is oil leakage every day and maintain it in time.

7、Both sides of the shift handover shall make the handover to the bottom, and take the handover seriously. At the same time, the situation and problems of the shift handover shall be recorded and connected with the operation situation.
