Regular cleaning is the foundation. After the dryer is running, impurities such as sawdust and dirt may remain inside and need to be cleaned in a timely manner. Use a soft bristled brush to clean key components such as heating tubes and fans to avoid dust accumulation that affects heat transfer efficiency and fan operation. At the same time, wipe the device casing with a damp cloth to keep the appearance clean. ​

Key component inspections are essential. Regularly check the tightness of the conveyor belt. If it is too loose, it is easy to slip, and if it is too tight, it will accelerate wear and tear. It needs to be adjusted in a timely manner; Regularly check the heating element, and replace it immediately if aging or damage is found; Bearings and other transmission parts need to be regularly lubricated to reduce friction and prevent overheating. ​

Standardized use is equally important. Strictly follow the equipment operating procedures to avoid overloading. When drying different types of veneers, set temperature and time parameters reasonably according to their characteristics to prevent damage to the equipment caused by high temperature or long drying time.
