The sheet drying equipment enterprises also need to carry out equipment technology innovation, and the sheet dryer operators must also make correct selection of equipment. Some manufacturers pointed out that operators need to deal with the form of materials, including size, shape, solid or liquid; Material characteristics of materials, including density, adhesion, water content and binding state; Drying characteristics, including thermal sensitivity or thermal shrinkage, surface hardening and other properties. In addition, the operator also considers the requirements for product drying, including product production: calculate the unit time used for finished product production, raw material treatment or water evaporation; Product form: including geometric shape, crystal luster and structure (such as porous tissue); Product humidity: product humidity; Product drying and uniformity requirements, and product hygiene requirements.
