Precautions for using the log peeling machine

1. Equipment inspection: Before starting up, check whether key components such as cutting tools, chains, and hydraulic systems are intact, ensure sufficient lubrication, and ensure that fasteners are not loose.

2. Standardized operation: Adjust the feeding speed and peeling pressure according to the instructions to avoid overloading operation. Raw wood with excessive diameter or severe bending needs to be pre treated to prevent jamming or damage to cutting tools.

3. Safety protection: Wear protective equipment such as goggles and gloves during operation, and it is strictly prohibited to clean blockages directly with hands. The emergency stop button must remain available.

4. Regular maintenance: Clean up residual bark and debris every shift, check tool wear every week, and replace or polish in a timely manner. Regularly add lubricating grease to bearings and transmission components.

5. Exception handling: If there is abnormal noise, vibration or overheating during operation, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting, and prohibit working with faults.

6. Environmental requirements: bark waste should be collected and processed in a centralized manner to avoid accumulation and causing fires or pollution.

Proper use and maintenance can extend the lifespan of equipment by more than 30%, while ensuring production efficiency and personnel safety.
